Every plan starts with a free 30-day trial, and no credit card is required. If you never add a payment method, the trial simply ends on its own with no invoice and no surprises. Monthly plans can be cancelled month to month, and there are no setup fees. Prices exclude VAT.
Even if something ever stops working: your printed menu is still on the table.
What happens if you cancel?
The trial runs for 30 days. No credit card. If you do nothing, it simply ends — you won't be charged.
If you cancel, your subscription continues until the end of the paid period. After that, your dashboard and your guest menu are locked until you subscribe again — nothing is deleted.
If you switch to a smaller plan, no data is deleted. Features of the larger plan stop being available right away, and you can't add new entries beyond the smaller plan's limits.
No commitment beyond the billing period you chose: monthly plans can be cancelled monthly, yearly plans at the end of the paid year.

You can export your menu as an Excel file on every plan.
