Welcome to Menu to Go — a digital menu platform that empowers restaurants, cafés, and coffee shops to create, manage, and share interactive menus through QR codes. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our services. Please read them carefully before proceeding.
2. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account, subscribing, or otherwise using Menu to Go, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
3. Subscription Plans
Monthly Subscription: Subscriptions renew automatically each month on the billing date. To avoid being charged for the next month, you must cancel your subscription before the end of the current billing cycle. No partial refunds are issued.

Yearly Subscription: Yearly subscriptions are valid for one full calendar year from the date of purchase. Users may cancel at any time, but no refunds will be issued for unused time within the year.
4. User Responsibilities
You agree to:
  • Maintain the confidentiality and security of your account credentials.
  • Provide accurate and up-to-date information for your menu and payment details.
  • Use the platform in accordance with all applicable laws and regulations.
You are solely responsible for all activities under your account.
5. Payment Terms
We accept major credit/debit cards and other payment methods specified during checkout. Charges are processed at the start of each billing cycle (monthly or annually). You are responsible for all applicable taxes.
6. Refund Policy
Monthly Subscriptions: No refunds are provided once the billing cycle begins.

Yearly Subscriptions: No refunds are issued after cancellation. Access remains active until the end of the paid period.
7. Account Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts if:
  • You violate these Terms or any applicable law.
  • You misuse or abuse the service.
  • You provide false or misleading information.
In such cases, access to your menus and QR codes may be revoked without notice.
8. Privacy Policy
We respect your privacy. Key points include:

  • We do not sell or rent your data to third parties.
  • You can request account deletion or data access at any time.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Austria. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Vienna, Austria.

Menu to Go may revise these Terms from time to time. Changes will be communicated via:
